WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS TRADE IN?

2. To qualify, purchases must be made at StreamCast Asia Service Centre.
3. The promotion is not applicable to online purchases.
WHAT DEVICES QUALIFY FOR THE TRADE-IN?
Any earbuds — whether spoiled, defective, or even brand new — are eligible for trade-in. We’ll take them off your hands and recycle them responsibly.
CAN I TRADE IN NON-SKULLCANDY PRODUCTS?
Yes! We accept all brands of earbuds — not just Skullcandy.
WHAT IS THE MODE OF PAYMENT?
Payment can be made via QR PayNow. Credit/debit cards and CDC Vouchers are not accepted.
Strictly no refunds or exchanges allowed for the purchase of the new Skullcandy Method 360 ANC Earbuds under the September Trade-in Programme.
If the purchased product is defective, we will replace it for you within 14 days from date of purchase. Kindly bring your purchased product back with your valid purchase receipt from StreamCast Asia.
ANY WARRANTY COVERED?
Yes! all Skullcandy products purchased through the trade-in program include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects only.
