Shipping policy

Delivery
We provide Free Shipping for orders above SGD $30 within Singapore.
$5 Shipping Fee will be charged for order under SGD $30.

Brunei, Hong Kong SAR, Thailand: SGD $25
China, Japan, Taiwan: SGD $35
Indonesia: ~TBA~

Deliveries will take 2 - 8 business days. We do not deliver on weekend and public holidays.

We seek your patience and understanding that all deliveries are at best effort basis due to road conditions/weather and other factors. The shipping fee is non-refundable (cancellation, exchange or self collection)

Self Collection
Singapore customers can choose to pick up the items you bought directly from our warehouse. Just make the arrangement with our team beforehand and make sure to collect the goods during business hours.

Order Processing
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your package.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide a resolution. Our team may request video or image as supporting documentation.
